Refund Policy – MyKeys

At MyKeys.ma, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is specific and strictly enforced.

1. Non-Refundable Digital Products

  • Once a code, gift card, or license is delivered (sent via email or WhatsApp), it is considered used and final.

  • For security reasons, these products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • This policy is in line with industry standards, as digital codes are unique and irreversible once issued.

2. Exceptions – Defective Products

Refunds or replacements are only possible if:

  • The code provided is invalid or cannot be activated.

  • A technical error on our side prevents proper delivery.

In such cases:

  1. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Our team will conduct a verification process with our suppliers.

  3. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide either a replacement code or a full refund.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must verify the compatibility of the product (region, account type, platform) before purchase.

  • Refunds will not be granted for mistakes caused by choosing the wrong product or region.

  • MyKeys.ma is not responsible if the customer’s device/account/platform prevents activation for reasons outside our control.

4. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny a refund if fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or misuse of our services is detected.
